Yota Kouyas Gerrior R.H.N is a publisher in Holistic Health & Wellness Practices. For ten years, Yota has been researching and studying ways to improve her overall health. After studying at CSNN, The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, she decided to start publishing books to share her findings with others; In hopes that she can help them find ways to improve their overall health and wellness.

I believe the toxins in our foods cause many illnesses. Avoiding manufactured ingredients and pesticides reduces the harmful substances entering our bodies. Replacing them with cleaner, more organically grown food and natural plant remedies aids the body in helping itself and preventing future disease. 

Exercise

Exercise integrates with holistic practices as it has been found to help the body as a whole. Exercise increases flexibility and stamina, improves pain and anxiety and enhances the immune system. Regular activity focuses on physical health and wellness of the mind and emotions.
